FINALLY FRIDAY'S FEATURE: She Sells Seashells, By The Sea Shore...

Yay, it's Friday again! Just wanted to share some Summer fun pieces, well some of my jewelry that make me think of summer because the main design elements are shells or freshwater pearls, coral, or faux shell. Where we live there aren't any beaches, palm trees or even seashells. But, it doesn't mean I don't love the ingredients from beaches and seas, obviously I do! Tagua nuts make me think summer, tropical as well, growing in a climate far warmer than we will ever be here!
So here are some feature pieces in my shop at www.abergiecreation.etsy.com (click link to see A Bergie Creation)

I have linked the title to each jewelry piece to their place in my Etsy shop, just click on the title.

If you like what you see, please feel free to share this link with your friends!
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

Pebeo Fantasy Paints...A Closer Look at "BLUE FIZZ"

Today's newest Pebeo Fantasy Paint Pendant called "Blue Fizz". Here's a closer look. The main colour is pale blues and some turquoise, along with some green and hints of a metallic golden hue. Pebeo paints are so fun to play with. If you are thinking of
using them, I discovered that leaving the lids off all of my colours so I could focus on a lot of different pieces, causes them to eventually get a bit thickened. It is super important to shake not stir the paints prior to use and even while using. There is Mica powder inside and it settles. In order to accomplish the really great chemical reaction
in the "Moon Fantasy" paint especially, requires it to be well mixed. I used toothpicks, and disposable pipettes to mix and drop the paint to the surface I wanted.

Another additional option is the Pebeo Vittrail Glass Paint. Drop that down first and then just release a drop or more of Moon or Prism paint and some will kind of bubble up. So very cool. I will post some links to other tutorials so you can see.

To enhance the beauty and magnify the mini abstract pieces I made, I used epoxy resin to dome the final piece. So beautiful.

Now, A Closer Look...
