A Bergie Creation: Inside My Studio - A Closer Look At NEW Options for HOOPS Available

Since 2008, My Etsy shop, A Bergie Creation Has a number one seller called "The Mini" Collection. These are small 15mm-25mm Why Spiral or swirl Hoops. And thanks to special requests from customers, I also created a larger variation of these called The Not So MINI and Twister styles. They were 40mm across.
Well recently, thanks to a great customer's request, I have expanded The choices of metal for the larger earrings in a thinner 20 gauge wire. Until last week, the standard size wire was 18 gauge.
And the only available 20 gauge Twister style, was in silver plated wire.
So now, I have added the options of 20 gauge in the Notso Mini and expanded the ,etal choices in the Twister style.

And as well, I expanded the size to 45mm. Happy to make these options available, it made sense to make a Closer Look video for my ABC Shop blog, check it out above!

THE MINI COLLECTION: Handmade Spiral Hoops In Assorted Sizes

Hi guys! A Bergie Creation's number one seller since 2008, has been the "MINI" Collection. Wanting to create a handmade item that was affordable and would be easy to ship worldwide using a regular

envelope, the flat, wire hoop was created. Not saying that no one else creates earrings like these, but, the idea came and I began selling them very quickly. To date, world wide, there are over 1000 pairs of A Bergie Creation (That's me, Anita Berglund :o) MINI collection assorted hoops on people's ear lobes! Pretty cool. Just today, I am processing an order for a silver filled pair to the United Kingdom! I love the idea of my jewellery being sent to people across the ocean - from Canada!
The bestest thing of all is these earrings are mailed for FREE -all over the world! To enable that, I use regular envelope mail, so it can take longer than special packet mail. But, Customers do have the option to pay for shipping upgrade.

As you can see in the item descriptions in my shop on Etsy, these earrings are offered in a variety of metals, solid copper, brass, German Nickel Silver, Oxidized Copper, and Silver Filled and Gold Filled (not solid). Because the silver filled and gold filled 24k, is such a good quality at an affordable price, I do not sell solid sterling or gold. Just too expensive. When a wire says "filled" it is a base wire like brass, specially layered with the precious metal like silver or gold, making it much more durable than anything labelled, "Plated." Over 1000 sales of these earrings and no complaints about allergies or sensitivities. So that is why "filled" is a great affordable substitute.

NEW! FEATURE FRIDAY - Extra Large Swirl/Spiral Hammered Surface Hoop Earrings

Thanks to a special request, a customer asked for a three inch size of one of my earrings. Since she was interested, I thought I would make other ones in different metals. These large spiral or swirl hoops are lightweight, delicate because they are so large and especially when they are in 20 gauge wire. I wouldn't recommend them if you are super active, unless you go for the 18 gauge which is definitely a bit more sturdy feel. Mind you, I have sold a decent number of the 20 gauge brass that are about 55mm across and never had any concerns.
They have a sparkle because of the hammered surface.

YAY, NEW MINI COLLECTION EARRINGS IN GERMAN SILVER - NOW FOR SALE!

Remember the sneak peek? Well I was able to get the two new MINI collection earrings in 18 gauge German Nickel Silver, also called German Silver listed in my shop just now! These small hoops are a new member added to my number one best sellers called "the MINI Cllection." Over 1000 pairs have been sold worldwide. This metal is my favourite because I love square wire and I really like German Silver because it doesn't tarnish and it has more of a stainless steel look.
